Welcome to Kurbeats. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our online store Kurbeats (“we”, “us”, “our”), legally operated by Eriksson & Eriksson AB. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Print-on-Demand Model

We operate using print-on-demand and dropshipping in partnership with Creator Studio (H & M Hennes & Mauritz GBC AB).
This means:

  • Products are manufactured after you place your order.
  • Items are shipped directly from the producer to you.
  • Stock levels shown online reflect availability of base products, not pre-produced items.

Because each product is custom-made, certain rules regarding returns and withdrawals differ from traditional e-commerce (see Section 7).

2. Orders

  • An order is considered placed once payment is completed at checkout.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email and a separate shipping confirmation once your item has been dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to technical errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or incorrect customer information.
  • You must ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate.

3. Prices, Taxes & Duties

  • All prices are shown in [your store currency, e.g., EUR or SEK], including VAT where applicable.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
  • For orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be responsible for:
    • import duties,
    • customs processing fees,
    • local taxes.

These costs are paid by the customer upon delivery and are not included in our checkout prices.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by region.

By completing the payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to verify payment information and decline orders if fraud is suspected.

5. Production and Shipping Times

All Kurbeats products are manufactured using a print-on-demand process through our production partner Creator Studio. Production begins after your order has been placed and typically takes 2–7 business days. During periods of high demand, production times may be longer.
Please note that production time is not included in the shipping time.

Once production is completed, your order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Sweden & Scandinavia: 2–6 business days
  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • North America: 7–15 business days
  • Asia & Oceania: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world: varies by destination

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

6. Product Images & Colors

We aim to display product colors and materials as accurately as possible.
However, variations may occur due to:

  • screen settings,
  • lighting conditions during photography,
  • print and fabric characteristics.

Such minor differences do not constitute a defect.

7. No Right of Withdrawal (Custom-Made Goods)

All items are manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal and return does NOT apply under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

This means:

  • You cannot return a product because you changed your mind.
  • You cannot return a product due to ordering the wrong size or color.
  • All sales are considered final, unless the product is defective.

This does not affect your rights regarding faulty goods (Section 8).

8. Faulty or Incorrect Products (Reclamations)

If you receive a product that is:

  • defective,
  • misprinted,
  • damaged, or
  • not matching your order,

please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

To process your claim, we need:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Photos clearly showing the problem

If the claim is approved, we will offer:

  • a free replacement, or
  • a full refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

Do not return the item unless instructed.

9. Returns (Only for Faulty Products)

We only accept returns in cases where we explicitly request the faulty item to be sent back.
In all other cases, replacements or refunds are handled digitally.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,
  • losses caused by delays outside our control,
  • additional costs caused by customs, taxes, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All Kurbeats artworks, product designs, photographs, branding and digital content remain the property of Eriksson & Eriksson AB or our licensors.
  • They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
  • If you upload custom content when ordering personalized products, you are responsible for ensuring that you own or have rights to the material.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, except for conflict-of-law rules.

For EU customers:

If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:

For non-EU customers:

Local dispute resolution regulations may apply depending on the country of residence.
